Export a CSV from Desjardins (AccèsD)

This guide explains how to export (download) a CSV file of your transactions from Desjardins (AccèsD) so you can import it into Piastro.

Steps in AccèsD (Desjardins)

  1. Sign in to AccèsD.
  2. Select the bank account or credit card you want.
  3. Open the Transactions tab.
  4. Adjust the desired date range (e.g., last month, 3 months).
  5. Click Export or Download.
  6. Choose the CSV format.

Good to know

Depending on the AccèsD version, the option may be in a secondary menu (e.g., More or ⋯).

Common quirks in Desjardins CSV exports

  • Some exports (often for credit cards) may not include a header row.
  • The separator may vary (comma or semicolon) depending on settings.
  • The sign of amounts can differ depending on the account type. If needed, adjust the mapping during import in Piastro.
  • A blank first row can sometimes appear.

Import the CSV into Piastro

  1. In Piastro, go to Transactions → Import CSV.
  2. Select the downloaded file.
  3. Review the preview (date, amount, description), then confirm the import.
